The FIEL-CVC Partnership Begins

Chas, Adam, and Maxwell spent a week with the Leal family in Alamar, Cuba. The main goal of the trip was to share the vision of discipleship that these three students had been impacted by at Rice University with Arturo, Antonio, and other leaders in their community. The hope was that Arturo and Antonio would begin to dream together what it would look like to take the principles from the university setting and apply them to the Cuban, sports ministry context. In the process, deep friendships were born across the table over meals and on the field over soccer games.
